Cinnamon Pear Smoothie

As the weather turns cooler, it’s great to shift your morning smoothie to a more seasonally-appropriate combo … warming cinnamon AND pear!

INGREDIENTS:

1 ripe pear, sliced and cored

2 Tbsp raw almond butter

1 cup water

1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp raw honey OR 5 – 10 drops of liquid stevia to taste

1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)

1 serving of your favorite protein powder (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
